Sugar Magick Sweets’ baked goods may come in contact with the following ingredients: wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, natural dyes, artificial dyes, artificial flavorings, sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial color and other allergens not listed.
The customer acknowledges that Sugar Magick Sweets regularly uses the ingredients listed above on their equipment therefore is not liable for allergic reactions that occur due to trace elements of the allergen coming in contact with the items in the order
The customer acknowledges that although Sugar Magick Sweets will strive to eliminate contact with known allergens, if requested, it is not a bakery that specializes in allergen-free desserts therefore a 100% allergen-free product cannot be guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for pointing out to guests potential allergy hazards
Liability
Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from services and/or goods provided.
Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for any damage to the order or shortage caused by anyone NOT employed by Sugar Magick Sweets.
Sugar Magick Sweets will not deliver an order if payments have not been paid in full.
Delivery
There is a delivery fee of $10 within 25 miles
Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for tardiness if the venue is changed within 48 hours of the event.
The customer may pick up the order. The customer assumes liability once it passes into the customer’s possession.
The customer is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the cake (away from heaters, vibrations, people, suitable surface, suitable outdoor setting).
The customer must sign a waiver to ensure the condition of the cake is satisfactory.
Once the waiver is signed, Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for cake including collapse, melting, pokes etc.
Photographs
Sugar Magick Sweets reserves the right to use all photographs of the cake for advertising purposes.
