Sugar Magick Sweets’ baked goods may come in contact with the following ingredients: wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, natural dyes, artificial dyes, artificial flavorings, sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial color and other allergens not listed.

The customer acknowledges that Sugar Magick Sweets regularly uses the ingredients listed above on their equipment therefore is not liable for allergic reactions that occur due to trace elements of the allergen coming in contact with the items in the order

The customer acknowledges that although Sugar Magick Sweets will strive to eliminate contact with known allergens, if requested, it is not a bakery that specializes in allergen-free desserts therefore a 100% allergen-free product cannot be guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for pointing out to guests potential allergy hazards

Sugar Magick Sweets is a cottage food operation that is not subject to state food safety inspections.

Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from services and/or goods provided.

Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for any damage to the order or shortage caused by anyone NOT employed by Sugar Magick Sweets.

Sugar Magick Sweets will not deliver an order if payments have not been paid in full.

We accept cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

All orders require a 2 week notice and 50% deposit within 24 hours of sent invoice (unless otherwise stated on invoice)

Failure to pay deposit within 24 hours will result in your order being cancelled

Rush orders (orders placed less than 2 weeks prior) will incur an additional $20 rush fee (waived for 1st time orders) Rush orders are only accepted if our schedule allows

Any remaining balance is due 72 hours before pickup/delivery unless otherwise stated on invoice (pickup in Manassas, 20109)

Price includes standard cupcake box, individually packaged cupcakes available for an additional fee

There is a delivery fee of $5 within 25 miles (Mon-Wed: after 5:00pm, limited hours, Fri-Sun 10:00am - 6:00pm)

Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for tardiness if the venue is changed within 48 hours of the event.

The customer may pick up the order. The customer assumes liability once it passes into the customer’s possession. (Mon-Wed: 1:00pm - 2:00pm, after 5:00pm limited hours, Fri-Sun 9:00am - 7:00pm)

The customer is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the order (away from heaters, vibrations, people, suitable surface, suitable outdoor setting).

The customer must sign a waiver to ensure the condition of the order is satisfactory.

Once the waiver is signed, Sugar Magick Sweets is not responsible for the order including collapse, melting, pokes etc.

Sugar Magick Sweets reserves the right to use all photographs of any goods for advertising purposes.
